Caroline Robinson has over 15 years experience of working on labour exploitation and labour rights globally. In 2011 she co-founded the organisation Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX), which she grew to become the leading charity working in the field of labour exploitation. Caroline is an independent consultant based in Scotland. She offers technical expertise to governments, inter-governmental organisations, charities and donors in the fields of human trafficking, migration and labour rights as well as on charity governance and monitoring, evaluation and learning. She produces transformational research and high-level advocacy and campaigns strategies and designs and implements innovative responses to labour abuse and exploitation. She collaborates with organisations to offer governance, strategy and organisational support.

Caroline loves climbing mountains, sea kayaking, loch, river and sea swimming and mountain biking.
